We have accounts with Unity/Do Process, Teranet/Teraview and Stewart Title, to facilitate easy delivery of services, to our Clients. We bank with TD Canada Trust and we recommend the Lawyers who wish to retain our Total Service Closing Package also open accounts at TD Canada Trust.

All Real Estate files are opened and processed on the Unity/Do Process platform. This allows easy access, communication and sharing of documents with all the parties involved. Property Title, Name Execution Searches and New Registrations, with proper authorization, are performed through our Teranet Account. These functions can be performed by adding the acting Lawyer to our account or alternatively the Lawyer can open his own Teranet Account. Our Staff works remotely, therefore all services, documents, and communications are delivered virtually and, if necessary, via fax and email. Clients meet, review and execute documents with their Lawyer remotely via electronic signatures.

For our Lawyer Client peace-of-mind we carry $4,000,000.00 E&O liability coverage per policy period and up to $2,000,000.00 E&O liability coverage per occurrence through Hubb International Sinclair Cockburn Insurance. Our computer network is hosted and protected by a cloud based major network provider and our data is backed up daily. The Protection of Client information is our number one priority.
